CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation Before 15 Dec 2025: Eligible for a 30% refund of the registration charges.
  • Cancellation after 15th Dec 25: No refund

REFUND POLICY

  • All refunds will be processed within 30 days of a valid cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • Attendees must request cancellation in writing via email to the Secretariat and Event Agency.
  • Any changes or updates to the cancellation policy will be communicated to all registered attendees.
